By creating an account or using StyleSense, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

StyleSense provides AI-generated outfit recommendations, virtual try-on images, and personal wardrobe management. Outputs are algorithmic suggestions, not professional styling advice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Only upload photos of yourself or photos you have explicit permission to use.
• Do not upload nudity, sexual content, violent content, or images of minors.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not use the service to impersonate others, generate deepfakes, or infringe rights.

4. AI content

AI-generated images and text may be inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use them. We do not guarantee that outputs are fit for any particular purpose.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to operate the service for you.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
